Return & Refund Policy

At Picturelets, we take pride in creating unique, custom-made bracelets designed just for you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Since our bracelets are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of:

Defective or damaged products upon arrival.
Incorrect order fulfillment, such as receiving the wrong design, size, or engraving.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at devcraftdigital@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received.

2. Refunds & Replacements

If your bracelet arrives defective or incorrect, we will offer one of the following options:

A replacement bracelet at no additional cost.
A partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the issue.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

Since our bracelets are custom-made, we can only accept order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your bracelet will be in production, and changes cannot be made.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Custom-engraved or personalized bracelets (unless defective).
Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.
Discounted or clearance items.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
